The ‘help’ provided below
is intended for PCMF users in the IAEA Member States. Please follow the
instructions set out below.

Help Instructions
To access the PCMF system,
the user requires a valid username and password. This username and password is
the same as the one used for TCPRIDE (http://tcpride.iaea.org).
If the user does not have a
username and password for TCPRIDE and PCMF, first register for TCPRIDE. To
complete the registration process, please visit the following website http://tcpride.iaea.org. The screen shot
shown below shows the screen displayed when website address is entered in a web
browser.

Once the above web page is
shown in the user’s web browser, the user should click the ‘Register’ button
highlighted above. The screen shot below shows the page displayed once the
button has been clicked. Instructions are given on how to complete the
registration process.

Once a user has been
registered, the user has the option to change the automatically generated
password given to them. The ‘Change Password’ button on the page displayed at http://tcpride.iaea.org will guide the user
through the simple process of changing his/her password. On the same page there
is a button ‘Retrieve Password’. This button allows users to have a reminder of
their password sent to the e-mail address they have registered with the Agency.
Additional assistance and
information on usernames and password can be obtained by e-mailing the
following Agency e-mail address: TC-Project-Team.Contact-Point@iaea.org.
To gain access to the PCMF
system, please visit the following website: http://pcmf.iaea.org.
A screen shot of the
opening PCMF page is shown below. This page provides basic information about
the website and has a section from which to download national and regional
concept documents.
For a user to upload
concepts and view details about projects, the user must log into the system, using
the username and password mentioned above.

The username and password
is entered in the top right hand corner of the screen as highlighted on the
screen shot above.
Once a valid username and
password is entered into the boxes provided, and the user has clicked the ‘Log
In’ button, the user will be able to upload new concepts and have access to his/her
project details.
The screen shot below shows
what a counterpart user would see, when logging into the system. Highlighted is
the user’s full name and role in the system displayed at the top of the screen.

Access to the PCMF system
is role-based. Users can only view information and perform actions based on
their role in the system.

Some PCMF users may have
more than one role in the system. For example, a user could be both a
counterpart and a National Liaison Officer. Depending on which role the user is
carrying out, the user will be able to perform different tasks in the system.
To change between roles a
user should visit the ‘Home’ tab of the PCMF website. Click on the word ‘Home’
shown below.

After the details for ‘Home’
tab appear; scroll down the page until the section ‘My User Roles’ shown in the
screen shot below appears.

To choose the role
required, click the ‘Select’ button in the column next to the role (as shown
above), then click the ‘Change Role’ button to make the change.
If a user logs into the
system and sees the word ‘Guest’ after his/her name, or a role the user should
have does not appear; the user should send an e-mail to the following Agency e-mail
address, TC-Project-Team.Contact-Point@iaea.org,
to have the correct role assigned to him/her.
